Open Question: In your opinion, what is the best, healthiest, easiest and most effective diet?
Need a diet, but like most people I want it to be easy to follow, healthy and most obviously I want it to work. I don't like fad diets and I don't want to spend all day in the kitchen and spend my savings buying the food.
Am I asking too much? What's your opinion and how much and in what space of time did you lose?
I live in the UK so would prefer UK based stuff please.

Open Question: Meat Eaters Diet.. What to eat?
I love to eat piping-hot meat. I love turkey, ham, steak, chicken, seafood, anything.. I love it all. Since about thanksgiving, I let myself go alittle. I gained about 15 pounds of just not caring. I am pretty excellent shape, I just need to trim about 4-5% body fat in order to feel and look great. I spend about 15-20 minutes every night exercising and have already lost about 3 pounds in a few days. Please yahoo'ers.. What are some foods that I could eat that contain little to no grams of fat.. come piping hot.. and packed with muscle building protein?
Open Question: Beach Body By Summer?
Hey everyone, simple question: What do I need to do to get a good beach body by June? I know excercise and diet and everything, but what excercises specifically burn fat and tone muscles? I was thinking about running one and half to two miles everyday, or at least every other day, and doing a lot of ab work and arm, back and chest excercises at low weight but high rep, from now until June. Would this work? Also, Im currently in pretty good shape, I play hockey every day and dont eat crap, so take that into consideration...

I've been into kickboxing and biking as a workout to lose some weight and I find it effective, following with a sensible diet for weightloss. but the last 10 lbs is so hard to get rid. I didn't change my diet or my workout routine. what should I do? should I lower my daily calorie more and do workout more? will that slower my metabolism if I lower my daily calorie more?

ive been losing weight with a change of diet itself
week ago i started a workout everyday for 25minutes and ive noticed i lost a few inches off my waist but i weigh the same (the workout i do consist of cardio, and toning, makes me sweat like hell, its the slim in 6 video "start it up")
so i started power walking after the workout for 20 to 40minutes
but what concerns me the most is that regardless of my age
i have saging arms and legs and a double chin
my mother says that since im young the collagen in my skin will retract my sagging skin on my arms and legs as long as i continue to work out
is it true?
because just looking at my skin is very discouraging and makes me think that losing weight and toning is useless if im going to sag still...

Open Question: putting pilates on my workout routine. is it good before or after cardio?
Im new to pilates because people doing it find effective on achieving leaner body. Im doing cardios to get rid on fat on my trouble areas (specially my calves and thighs). I also do a sensible diet for fatloss and workout daily. I do cardios like powerwalk, taebo, stationary bike and swimming (I do any two of these cardios a day). If i put on pilates on my workout routine, is it good before doing cardio as warm up or after cardio as cool down. Im trying to lose some bulk in the thighs and calves area. I want to wear some knee high boots! help! If i do pilates daily, how many months do you think it will take me to see some results?

Open Question: Do I have Priapism? Or is it from a full bladder?
For the past two days i've been having some random full random erections which last about 5mins then goes limp into a constant 30-45% erect state. It doesn't hurt when it's full erect. It becomes pretty close to completely flaccid but not quite. Just doesn't feel completely right or wrong. I've been on low glycemic diet and drinking excess water (which may induce erections i hear) I'm not sure if it's anything to worry about. It just feels fuller and warmer than usual. Any thoughts? I'm 18 fyi

Well to start off i been lifting for awhile and starting to get lots of muscle.

I'm trying to go three or four days without sleep and am looking for advice on how to stay awake for this long. Before everyone starts telling me how unhealthy this is, I know, but I'm doing it anyway so please leave me either helpful advice or nothing at all.
A couple details - during the night I'm more or less confined to a single room, so I'd need ways to keep myself busy without going out. I know my alertness and coordination will suffer, but I need to be able to function at least minimally, so I also have to take my diet and excercise into account as well. Thanks in advance.

im 5 '10. Thats my goal weight for now. i started at 240, down to 237. Im not exercising much than ordinary daily activities, but instead for now i've just cut my diet down. I calculated how much i used to eat, and it was around 3500 -4000 calories a day! it was scary and shamefull seeing that.
I am now aiming for 1500 calories. I have ate between 1500-1800 for 3 days now and have gone down about 3 pounds just from eating normally. How long will it take to get down to 200? will i hit a plateu?

I am a 19 year old female (5'1", 230 lbs). I have been trying to lose weight for a month but noting happened. I'm on a strict 1500 calorie diet, and I work out for an hour a day at a gym. The first few days I gained weight then I lost what I gained and continue to maintain my current weight. I tried lowering my calorie intake from 1500 to 1200 then 1000, and increased my workouts but still no luck. Also, I have been tested for thyroid disorders and diabetes and its all negative. Can someone please tell me what I'm doing wrong? My goal is to reach 175 lbs by next year. WEIGHT LOSS SURGERY AND DIET PILLS ARE NOT AN OPTION FOR ME.
Open Question: I WANT TO LOSE 5 POUNDS?
I am 5'5 and I am 118 pounds I'm very athletic and I really hate to diet and I'm not the one who does the shopping so I don't get to pick out healthy foods. I don't want to lose a lot of weight but 5-10 pounds would be great. I know 118 sounds really big but trust me I am really strong. I'm going to join boxing and I play basketball right now, but losing weight is hard for me and like I said, me eating healthy is hard I barely eat at all! Other times I eat way over my 1400 calorie range, and I hate slowing down my metabolism then speeding it back up because it's messes everything up and makes me gain weight. I don't like diets and I hate doing the same thing every day(for exercise). I also want to join a gym but I think I'm too young and second my mom can't drive me back and fourth. (Sorry this is so long!) And I would like to be more in shape, you know more muscles that show in my arms and legs. I have a four pack but I can't seem to get a six pack. I'm really lost I will go 2 months if I have to. I have no time limit as long as I'm looking more toned but not bulkier.

I know I don't look too big, but I am bigger in person. I'm very uncomfortable with my weight. I'm active with sports, and here is my dilemma..
During volleyball, and other sports I play I tend to only gain muscles, not really loose weight. Well now that volleyball has ended, I have gained weight back.
My question is, How can I loose weight at home, and on my own? Meaning exercises, diets, etc.
I am 16 by the way.
